Associate Lecturer Specialist in Primary Teacher Education at Bina Nusantara University (BINUS University) with expertise in teacher professional development, educational innovation, and policy-driven research. My work focuses on strengthening teacher capacity, particularly in remote and underserved areas, through evidence-based practices and education policy briefs. I am engaged in curriculum development, educational data analysis, and inclusive, culturally responsive pedagogy. Through research and community initiatives, I aim to bridge theory and practice to support transformative and sustainable primary education in Indonesia.
